A few words about the work I offer
For the past 20 years, I have been exploring, initially with some reluctance and trepidation but lately with renewed passion and conviction, the therapeutic and growth potential of psychedelic substances and plant medicine. In this journey I’ve embarked on, I had the chance to meet and be taught by all sorts of wonderful and inspiring people: from psychedelic-informed psychotherapists, psychedelic researchers, to indigenous people and their sacred teachings of the forest. In a spirit of curiosity, trust and genuine appreciation I was exposed to life-transforming ideas and deeply transformative experiences that have changed the relationship I have with myself, and the world around me.
Since 2019, I have also been part of the ongoing psychedelic research, initially as a clinical researcher and currently as an honorary teaching fellow with Imperial College’s psychedelic research group. There I take part in clinical research supporting participants during their psychedelic experiences as a psychedelic therapy guide (which includes preparation and integration work).
The work I offer draws from my journey thus far. It integrates elements of current neuroscientific understandings of the holistic/mind-body relationship and deep psychology techniques. This includes intergenerational, transpersonal, attachment and psychodynamic work in an embodied and trauma-informed manner.
The space I hold is a safe, confidential and non-judgemental one, where life affirming curiosity, healing and growth can take place.
I’m originally from Cyprus where I was born and spent the first 20 years of my life. I then went on to study medicine in Greece, completing my Child and Adolescent psychiatric training in London where I currently live and work. Since 2023 I’m also an affiliated member of Institute of Psychedelic Therapy.

(note: as psychedelic substances are still illegal in the UK, it is important to clarify that I will not respond to any queries that involve facilitating psychedelic-assisted work or activities.)
