Plan your sessions
I offer an initial, free, 20-minute consultation where we can explore your intentions and the path you're considering. During this time, I’ll listen with care and openness and we’ll determine if I’m the right person to support you in your journey.
If we decide to work together, I will walk you through the practical aspects of our work, and we’ll discuss session times and the frequency that best supports your needs. I offer both long-term, open-ended support and shorter, time-limited options, depending on what feels most helpful and attuned to your needs.
Ongoing fees are from £85 to £145 per session. In our first session, we’ll have a conversation to find a fee that feels comfortable and works well for both of us.
